Service pricing is based on completion within the estimated time frame. Service times are estimates and may vary based on system complexity and condition:
Additional time required for troubleshooting existing problems, addressing previously undiscovered issues, or work beyond the scope defined above will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Client will be notified before any additional charges are incurred.
Updates are performed at the client's risk. While we take every precaution to ensure compatibility and stability, Stereo Types is not responsible for any time or materials related to troubleshooting or resolving problems that existed before or appear after an update. We will not update firmware if known compatibility issues exist with your specific integrations.

Services must be scheduled and completed between November 25 and December 22 . Appointments are available Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, by appointment only. Holiday blackout dates may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 48 hours notice.
All work is guaranteed for 30 days from service date. If you experience any issues related to the service performed, we will return to address them at no additional charge within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover new problems, user error, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
