For this project, Stereo Types was tasked with a nearly impossible task. Significantly improve the video, surround sound, and music experience for this gallery-like and cavernous living space, without making any changes to the interior design of the space.

Normally, not a big deal, we simply use in-wall or ceiling speakers and voila! Sound you cannot see… but, how does one install in-wall speakers into a wall of glass, steel, and concrete? Well, you don’t.

By combining a Samsung curved TV to match the curvature of the TV stand, Anthem MRX-740 surround sound receiver, Bowers and Wilkins high-output compact subwoofer and a Stereo Types designed & built LCR Speaker bar that fits perfectly into the TV stand, our team was able to make significant improvements to the audio/visual experience while respecting the client’s desire to make the sound heard, but not seen; even without the ability to use in-wall and ceiling speakers.
