StereoTypes not only provides great design and installation, but they also provide great customer service. When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled. Throughout the process he was friendly and patient, working through the problem, rather than taking the easy way out and just quickly "scheduling a tech for repair". Great customer support!

We recently had Sterotypes install a Storm Shell TV enclosure and mount a TV on the wall in our enclosed porch. They did an excellent job with the entire installation including integrating the TV audio into our home automation system (which they previously installed). Would definitely recommend Stereotypes for any AV, power conditioning and home automation work.

I didn't buy a system here, but after being told by Advance to go to Crutchfield, and having Crutchfield take two minutes to even notice me and say "you okay"? Like I'm there begging or something, I went to Stereo types who said they didn't have the part but helped me by printing out what I needed to order. Top notch service! Would buy more stuff there.

Outstanding experience. Our job was not big, but stereotypes dealt with it seriously and diligently. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve, came back with a number of proposals and took the time to educate me on what was available. They worked with me to figure out what made the most sense for what we wanted to do. Their worked installing our sound system was excellent and we cannot be happier with the result. Living in a small condo, it can be tricky to put in a great sound system that gives you what you want but doesn't disturb your neighbors unless you want too! Stereos Types did just that for us this week. We bought a fabulous high end Sony TV that was just the right size for our condo. We didn't want a TV that would overwhelm the condo or disrupt our fantastic water view of the Marco Island, FL. We also got a new Sony Sound bar that clipped right on to the TV, it appeared to become part of the TV. Our new white Sonos subwoofer, fit neatly, right under the TV and appeared to be part of your sleek, trim, rotating TV stand. We already had two Bose speakers but decided to get two more for the back walls. The sound and TV picture is amazing. Stereo Types' installer, Roman, was professional, very knowledgeable and had everything set up and cleaned up in less than, a half a day. We definitely recommend this company. We will be telling and showing everyone we know.

We needed a sound system around our new pool so we called StereoTypes of Florida for an estimate. They were attentive to what we wanted and gave us 3 options to choose from. We also chose some lighting which turned out nicely. We're very happy with the end results. The company was great to work with and we highly recommend them.
